Fortress Mastiffs is a dog breeding business specializing in Mastiffs. Our Services may include:

Information about available puppies

Waitlist registrations

Deposits and purchase agreements

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All puppies are subject to availability.

Refuse sale at our discretion

Decline applications that do not meet our placement standards

Cancel or postpone breeding plans

Descriptions of puppies are provided in good faith; however, temperament, size, and characteristics may vary.

6. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We may accept:

Mastercard

E-Transfer

All payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

By placing a deposit or completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to process your payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

7. DEPOSITS AND REFUND POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

If a puppy becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (including illness or breeder decision), your deposit may be:

Transferred to a future litter; or

Refunded at our discretion

Final sales of puppies are subject to a separate purchase agreement signed at the time of sale.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

Use the Site for unlawful purposes

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site

Harass, threaten, or impersonate the Company

Copy or distribute our content without permission

9. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT

Temperament or adult size of puppies

Suitability of a puppy for specific purposes

Veterinary care and proper training are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortress Mastiffs shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Loss resulting from ownership or handling of a dog

Veterinary costs after transfer of ownership

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable puppy.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fortress Mastiffs from any claims arising from:

Your ownership or handling of a dog purchased from us

Your breach of these Legal Terms

Your violation of applicable laws

18. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By contacting us or submitting forms through the Site, you consent to receive communications electronically.

Electronic agreements and signatures are legally binding.

19. MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fortress Mastiffs.

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver.
